David Rushton

David studied law at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and the College of Law in Guildford.  Having qualified as a solicitor in 1977 after training with a firm in the South West, David joined the firm in 1978 and is now a Director of the firm.  

David has wide experience in many areas of the law but now concentrates on property (commercial and residential), Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and advising the elderly.  He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is head of the property department assisted by Lucy Yeomans and Julie Sutherland.
